WHAT KAI IS

Kai is an AI executive assistant. It proactively manages your calendar, email
and tasks: it reads your day and sends you a morning brief, transcribes your
meetings without a bot joining, turns what was decided into tasks and a
follow-up draft, and sorts your inbox with replies written in your own voice.
It connects to Claude and ChatGPT over MCP, so the AI you already pay for can
read your live calendar and mail and act on it with your sign-off.

One line, if you need one:
Kai is the AI executive assistant that runs your calendar, email and tasks.

START HERE: product-video/

Nine portrait clips of the app. Silent, no end card, no captions, meant to drop
straight onto your timeline as inserts. Five use cases:

kai-brief 13.5s The morning brief: today's meetings, prep for each,
the emails that matter, one calendar conflict flagged
  kai-conflict 16.5s A double-booking caught; Kai checks availability,
proposes slots, the user confirms, the block moves
kai-email 20s Six untriaged emails sorted down to the one that needs
a reply, the draft is ready, the user sends
kai-meeting 20.5s Brief before, live transcript during, summary and
                         action items after
kai-tasks 15s A ranked task list; one task opens, "Do it with Claude"
writes the briefing, Claude opens with it

Two cuts of each, and the filename tells you which:

  mobile-brief-tap.mp4 9:16, 1080x1920. Reels, Shorts, TikTok.
  mobile-brief-3x4-tap.mp4 3:4, 1080x1440. Feed posts.

Both are the same length with the same beats, so you can swap one for the other
without re-timing your edit. All 24fps, H.264, silent.

Every clip uses a fingertip tap rather than a mouse cursor, because a cursor in
a Reel reads as a desktop screen recording. Cursor versions exist; ask if your
edit needs one. (kai-tasks currently ships only in 3:4; ask if you need 9:16.)

These are filmed replicas of the product, not screen recordings, built from the
app's real components and strings. Everything they show, Kai actually does. The
names and companies in them are fictional and no email addresses appear.

THE REST

(No product stills in here on purpose. The ones we had were captured in
July and the app has moved on since; a stale screenshot in your video ages
it the day we ship. Ask and you'll get a current capture of whichever screen
  you're talking about, same day.)

logos/ The wordmark and the K mark, each in green, light and dark.
PNG, transparent, 1441px wide for the wordmark and 820px for
the mark, which covers a 1080p overlay and a thumbnail with
                 room to spare.
Green is the default. Light goes on dark backgrounds. Dark is
for putting the logo on one of our colours, because on a
coloured surface our own rule is ink, never green.
PNG only: CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut and DaVinci don't import
SVG, and Canva wants Pro for it. If you work in vector, or you
want the playful "with eyes" variant of either mark, ask and
you'll have them the same day.

mascot/ Kai the character in five poses: happy, excited, pointing,
standing, walking. PNG, transparent, around 1200 to 1600px
tall. Vector on request, same as the logos.

COLOURS

Kai green #4fa55b the primary brand colour
Ink #120700 text and outlines, a deep warm black (not pure black)
Cream #f4f0e1 the background Kai lives on (not white)
  Yellow #fad84a highlight, used sparingly

If you take one thing from this: Kai sits on cream, not white, and the text is
warm black, not #000.

TYPE

Erode headlines. Free from Fontshare: fontshare.com/fonts/erode
Inter body copy. Free from Google Fonts or rsms.me/inter

We haven't bundled the font files, so grab them from the sources above if you
want to match us exactly. You don't have to. Your own fonts are usually the
better choice, because your audience recognises your look, not ours.

USING THE LOGO AND THE MASCOT

Do keep clear space around the logo, at least the height of the K
Do use the green mark on cream or white, the light mark on dark
  Do scale proportionally

Don't recolour, add a gradient, or put a shadow on it
Don't stretch, rotate, or outline it
Don't put the green mark on a busy photo or on a green background
Don't rebuild the wordmark in another typeface
Don't redraw the mascot or give it new expressions
Don't use either in a way that suggests we made your video, or that we
        endorse something we haven't seen

SOME COPY YOU CAN ADAPT

Short, for a caption:
I've been using Kai to run my calendar and inbox. It reads my day before I
do and tells me what actually needs me. Link's in my bio, I get a commission
  if you sign up.

Longer, for a newsletter:
The thing that finally stuck for me is Kai. It's an AI executive assistant,
and the part I didn't expect to care about is the morning brief: it reads my
calendar and my inbox overnight and sends one short message about what's on
and what's urgent. Meetings get transcribed without a bot showing up, and
what was decided turns into tasks and a drafted follow-up. It's $50 a month
and it starts free. (Affiliate link, I earn a commission.)

For a video, spoken:
Kai is an AI assistant that actually has access to your calendar and your
email, so instead of asking it to write something, you ask it what your day
looks like and it just knows.

Change any of it. Copy that sounds like you will always beat copy that sounds
like us.

THE RULES, SHORT VERSION

Always say you earn a commission. #ad, "affiliate link", whatever fits your
platform. It's the law in most places and it's the fastest way to lose your
  audience if you skip it.

Only claim what Kai does. If you're not sure, ask before you publish.

Don't bid on our brand in search ads: Kai, hire Kai, hirekai, Kai by Morgen,
  Morgen, or misspellings of them.

Don't set up accounts, domains or listings that look like they're us.

QUESTIONS

If you want an asset that isn't here, a specific screen, a longer clip, a cut
we haven't shot, or an early look at something we're shipping, just ask. It's
usually a quick yes.
